The ETA Board recently approved Vic Bishop's informative "What you need to know about traffic" white paper. In it, he explains, in plain english, how to tackle one of the biggest issues facing residents and businesses - traffic congestion.

Bishop covers transit mode shares, the environment, transportation funding, maintenance/preservation and how elected and public officials can work to solve this vital issue that threatens our quality of life on the Eastside.
